My name is Lyndi Fultz and The Joy of Eating Well is all about… you. I help health-conscious foodies caught up in the busyness of life to understand that eating well can easily be accomplished. How? By keeping it simple so that preparing and serving food becomes one of your most joyful pleasures of living — instead of something to be dreaded because of poor planning or being in a rut. Yes, yes, those things happen to the best of us! Yet there’s no need to feel stuck… all it takes is a little mindset shift and conscious changes to our everyday habits. Together, we’ve got this!
You’ll find that I have a secondary focus on Arkansas with my NWAFOODIE series. I help local foodies explore their backyard and understand that they don’t have to live in a big city to have great resources at their fingertips so that they can be in-the-foodie-know. No mater where you live.
Every week, I publish a new post on my blog focused on the joyful aspects of eating well. If this is your first time here, I recommend starting with Food Happiness to understand my food philosophy and see if it matches yours and then move on to Taco Meatballs, to get a feel of the type of recipes I share. Finally, check out my meal planning template to see for yourself how I like to keep things simple and easy to execute.
