WOW! A Natural Peanut Butter That is Actually Delicious!

October 25, 2009 3 Comments

Posted by Lyndi

I have two bad food memories as a kid:

(1) Runny scrambled eggs before 5am and
(2) Natural peanut butter.

You know the natural peanut butter that I am talking about: the one with the layer of oil on top that you have to incorporate into the pureed peanuts. No thanks.

So, for all of you that feel the same way as I do about natural peanut butter (you know it is better for you than the super-processed national brand but you just can’t stand the taste), good news, I FOUND A GOOD TASTING NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER!!!

It is Parkers All Natural Peanut Butter Honey Creamy and I found it at the White Oak Station Local Market (also a gas station besides a gourmet food store) in Rogers, located on the corner of Promenade Blvd. and New Hope Road at the entrance to the Pinnacle Promenade Mall. The Station is open 24 hours.

Look for it in the refrigerated section, next to the crumpets and gourmet vegetables. It is on the top shelf. It comes in a 16oz tub (UPC 77766655200) and the cost is $4.09.

The best part? Here are the ingredients: Peanuts, Honey, Salt.

No mixing is necessary. It is creamy and DELICIOUS!

I stopped by there today and I noticed they also have a "crunchy" peanut butter.

Hi Stacey! Thanks for your post.

Okay.. after searching on the internet I have discovered this is (1) a raved about product by many many people and (2) it is hard to locate this product. I consider myself extra lucky to have this product stocked just 5 minutes away. That being said, here is the address to the company that makes the product. They should be able to tell you where the peanut butter is available close to you. Hopefully you too will only have to travel 5 minutes away! Good luck!
